ICan Youth Resource Center in cooperation with the Employment Agency of R.S.M. and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), within the project – Creating Job Opportunities for All – Main Phase, funded through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Program, announces a Public Call.
The public call is within the project and in coordination with the Employment Agency of R.S.M. for implementation of measure 5. Internship from the Operational Plan for active programs and measures for employment and services on the labor market for 2021, adopted by the Government of R.S.M.
The public call refers to all interested employers for inclusion in the Internship measure, in order to hire interns for training, performance of work tasks and gaining experience in a period of 3 (three) months.
It aims to gain experience and specialization in the workplace as a result of on-the-job learning.
Interns are selected from the records of unemployed persons, active job seekers in cooperation with the Employment Agency, under the age of 34 with a minimum of secondary education and who have no work experience in accordance with the education.
For each candidate who will be selected and included in the Internship measure, financial support in the amount of 9,000.00 denars per month is provided, for the period for which the practical training is performed.
One of the criteria is “first reported, first served” until the utilization of the available funds, taking into account the principle of equal distribution of all planning regions of RSM!
